Quick Timetable may use timetable-related information entered by users, such as institution, course, subject, faculty, workload, practical resources, fixed slots and daily adjustment details, only to provide scheduling functions.

Browser Storage

The current STMS primarily stores project data in the user's browser using Local Storage. Users should keep regular backup/export files because clearing browser data, changing devices or browser problems may remove locally stored projects.

Privacy and Security

Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information and should keep exported backup files secure. Third-party services, analytics or advertising, if introduced, may operate under their own privacy policies.

Generated Outputs

Users are responsible for reviewing generated timetables, faculty loads, practical allocations and daily adjustment sheets before official use.
